RESPONSABILITATI

The HR Generalist will be involved in all HR processes from the testing department. The responsibilities are as it follows:

- Manage the training process (identify training needs, propose and work on internal trainings content).
- Manage the induction process (training, access to information, induction follow up)
- Offer support in strengthening the appraisals and performance management systems.
- Have the role of communication node for job opportunities / international mobility.
- Recruitment.
- Analyze level of satisfaction, organizational culture and work environment.
- Keep the HR documentation permanently updated (such as job descriptions).
- Improving work environment (support for team buildings).
- Administrative.
- Represent a positive contact point for all employees.


CERINTE

- 1-2 years experience on a similar position.
- Studies / Courses in HR domain represent a significant advantage.
- Open and positive attitude, able to overpass encountered obstacles.
- Creativity and initiative.
- Organized, a good management of time.
- Maturity.
- Motivated in developing a career in HR domain.
- Good English Level - spoken & written.
