RESPONSABILITATI

- Job analysis, education and trainings, employee relations;
- Recruitment and selection activities for the entire company;
- Maintaining records, handling documents, compiling information or data and responding to routine requests with standard documents;
- Record employee information-personnel data, benefit and tax data, attendance, performance review, new employment;
- Monitor and provide information concerning: reference documents and statistical data on labour legislation, labour market conditions, salary survey for use in review of current contract provisions in respect to any proposed changes;
- Internal communication.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Relevant courses in HR field;
- Knowledge of labour legislation;
- At least 2years experience in a HR department on a similar position (at least a middle management position);
- Experience in HR activities in a plant - is an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Excellent relationship and team work skills;
- Organized, capable to perform under pressure.
