RESPONSABILITATI

Responsabilities:
• Coordinates recruitment and selection projects for managerial and non-managerial positions;
• Coordinate the process of performance planning and evaluation, give support to management in order to insure fairness and equity;
• Provides support in all HR topics, being accountable for the HR Management;
• Coordinates implementation of the HR strategies, polices, procedures, guidelines and best practices;
• Plans the labor force & Recruitment needs for different areas;
• Plans for and sticks to the yearly Salary Planning;
• Evaluates the Jobs & aligns the evaluation with the HR Specialist;
• Contributes to the Staff Development Planning (Training Need Analyze, Qualification & Training programs, Career Succession Planning);
• Provides support in the JD Drawing up Process for all managers / Organizes the JD Keeping Process; Draws up the JD for the direct subordinates;
• Supports managers in the Reorganization & Restructuring process as well as roll out of various upcoming systems
• Makes quarterly analyses regarding turnover, exit causes, time utilization, productivity, salary fund utilization, training status, labor relations;
• Develops & Maintains an efficient communication with managers and employees;
• Generates the necessary reports & statistics for the managers, Labor Authorities, etc;
• Utilize the tools in order to manage the improvement of HR processes in line with the business objectives;
• Responsible for the relation with the payroll and personnel administration supplier;
• Responsible to have in place all legal requirements.


CERINTE

Requirements:
• University graduate;
• At least three years of experience in HR, exposed to recruitment and selection processes as well as to development and training projects;
• Good knowledge on Romanian Labor legislation;
• Communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Excellent English command (reading, speaking, written).
• A real and proven Team-player;
• Conflict solving skills, negotiation skills;
• Very organized person;
• Internal consulting approach;
• Champion of change, a real pusher.
