RESPONSABILITATI

- organizeaza si efectueaza recrutatea de personal pentru angajarea pe diferite posturi din cadrul organizatiei
- organizeaza evaluarea periodica a angajatilor la intervale de timp stabilite de comun acord cu conducerea organizatiei
- realizeaza fise de post sau actualizeaza fisele de post deja existente
- realizeaza regulamentul de ordine interioara si urmareste ca fiecare angajat sa ia la cunostinta intocmai de continutul acestui document
- planifica si coordoneaza procesul de inductie al noilor angajati pentru a facilita integrarea acestora in organizatie
- elaboreaza preogramele de instruire anuala conform solicitarilor sefilor de departamente si raspunde de organizarea si realizarea cursurilor solicitate de acestia
- realizeaza si raporteaza o serie de situatii cerute de conducerea societatii privind structura personalului, bonificatia acestuia, si alte situatii, dupa caz
- tine evidenta documentelor necesare privind salarizarea, asigurarile sociale, fluctuatia de personal, angajari, promovari, plecari din firma, concedii de odihna, etc
- coordoneaza activitatea de evidenta a dosarelor angajatilor, carnetelor de munca, inregistrarea tuturor asctelor la ITM, a contractelor individuale de mjunca, acte aditionale, decizii, adeverinte de vechime,pontaje, concedii medicale
- pregatirea si calculul lunar al statelor de salarii pentru salariatii cu caracter permanent si colaboratori-
- actualizeaza salariile modificate, pregateste actele necesare pentru angajari/desfaceri de contracte de munca, concedii de odihna/medicale, avansurilor din salarii, a primelor si bonusurilor primite etc
- completeaza toate actele necesare virarii salariilor si mentine legatura cu banca,
- pregateste lunar declaratiile pentru: fondul de asigurari sociale de sanatate, contributia de asigurari sociale de stat, fondul de somaj, comision ITM si efectueaza depunera acestora.
- pregateste diverse documente solicitate de salariati
- mentine legaturi de business cu toate organele legale si intern cu toate departamentele si cu angajatii
- intocmeste situatii anuale: fise fiscale ale angajatilor si colaboratorilor
- pregateste si acorde tichetele de masa pentru angajati si mentine legatura cu furnizorii

- crearea si mentinerea unui climat de lucru care sa faciliteze formarea unei forte de munca stabile si eficiente
- coordonarea si conducerea tuturor activitatilor de resurse umane (planificarea resurselor umane, recrutare si selectie, orientare si instruire, acordare de bonificatii, etc...)
