RESPONSABILITATI

1. Executes human resources support activities in order to manage the HR systems (Performance Appraisal System, Global Grading System and Management by Objectives).

2. Implements human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Advises management and employees on human resources issues. Provides training and guidance to line managers on HR policies, process and regulatory issues.

3. Coordinates all recruitment processes. Interviews and recommends qualified candidates for open positions. Handles orientation/integration of new hires. Deals with recruitment agencies.

4. Is in charge with employee communication process.

5. Assesses staff training requirements and creates and implements career development plans. Plans and administers training seminars. Assesses effectiveness of training. Deals with training suppliers.

6. Administers the intranet portal.


CERINTE

Min. 2 years relevant experience in recruitment and in one or more of the following HR areas:
- performance management;
- taining and development;
- compensation and benefits;
- good knowledge of HR basics in terms of concepts, legal requirements, reporting;
- PC literacy (graphs, tables, word processing, presentations).
