- Maintaining computerised HR system and personnel files;
- Assisting the recruitment and selection deployment process, including advertising, Cvs screening, contacting agencies, setting up interviews;
- Providing administrative HR support on Terms&Conditions of working contracts and other tasks, including liaison with Payroll, compensation and benefits;
- Coordinating HR vacancies within the company;
- Organizing training and supporting the implementation of new programs for the employees.
- 3 years experience in the HR environment;
- University degree;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of social and labour legislation;
- Good technical understanding of recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and corresponding administrative support processes.
- Working in a professional environment;
