- Develops and implements competitive salary and compensation systems, as well as the company’s benefits programmes;
- Manages the salary budget, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness;
- Manages the benefits programmes, maintains the relationship with the services providers, negotiates the contractual terms ;
- Manages the annual compensation review preparation and implementation (salary review and annual performance bonus for managerial and non-managerial positions);
- Takes care of job matching and data interpretation for salary surveys;
- Gets involved in the variable pay schemes process;
- Participates in the job analysis and job grading process
- Carries out analyses and compensation & benefits reports (including macroeconomic);
- Gets involved in the budgeting of compensation & benefits;
Profile:
Abilities:
- Relevant experience in a similar position is required
- University degree
- MS Office: very good excel expertise
- Advanced English skills: both written & speaking
