The Recruiting Leader for the new Production Facility we are opening in Bucharest area will be responsible for branding P&G careers within the students and graduates community to acheive key marketing objectives and position P&G as the employer of choice in targeted campuses.
Responsibilities:
Determine recruiting need for hiring.
Lead the departments in defining the recruiting and pre recruiting plan for the following year.
Develop and maintain contacts with universities for initiatives, courses.
Position P&G's Employer Brand for the new Production Facility.
Fresh graduate or young professional
Top talent with business background coupled with HR interest
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic or non-academic activities
Leadership/self starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis
Good command of the English language.
