This is an entry level management position located in our new Production Facility in Bucharest area.
Human Resources is responsible for creating the context which enables all our people to be at their very best, so that as a company, we can achieve and exceed our business objectives. In this respect Human Resources partners with line management to create strategies, systems, and tools that attract, develop, challenge, motivate and reward our people.
Reporting to the Product Supply HR manager,the successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Identifying training needs and developing, implementing training programs
- Conducting HR data analysis as a guidance for business decisions
- Assisting the Plant HR manager in developing and regularly updating plant HR policies
- Preparing and conducting employee sensing surveys
- Leading the successful implementation of HR systems.
Graduate or young professional
Top talent with business background coupled with HR interest
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic or non-academic activities
Leadership/self starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis.
Good command of the English language
