RESPONSABILITATI

Reports to Managing Director of HR and works as part of a team of professionals. Responsibilities will include:

¿Running the monthly payroll system for a number of divisions/companies that are part of the parent company: up to date with all the legal requirements, knowledge of payroll software programs, reporting and all the other documentatation necessary to finalize monthly payroll
¿Develops job descriptions working close with the Managing Director to complete the design and implementation of a performance evaluation program, provides job analysis, compensation reporting & assists in developing a salary structure.
¿Conducts interviews to select and recommend final candidates for different open positions. Collects and organizes data for reporting purposes and for all department fillings.
¿Works with the legal department to ensure compliance with the Romanian Laws, contracts, job offers.
¿Other responsibilities as dictated by the business.


CERINTE

¿ASE or Finance experience or school desired.
¿Strong analytical, communication and writing skills demonstrated through: reporting, PC Excel (intermediary to advanced ), Word (intermediary), Payroll programs, Power Point (preferable)
¿Attention to details and well organized.
¿Four (4) to five (5) years HR experience
¿Good English skills
