For one of the worldwide leaders in its field, strong and stable company always looking for experienced and talented people, Barnett McCall is looking at present for a person to fill in the role of HR Director.

The key responsibilities of this position are:
-Human Resources Director formulates, develops and implements the human resources strategy and provides the overall leadership, direction and day to day management of the HR Department, supporting the recruitment and development of employees in line with the strategic needs of the business.
- Support the General Manager and Management team in the shaping of the Romania’s company culture.
- Development & implementation of the HR policy in accordance with Romanian legislation and corporate policy, ensuring it is transparent and understood by the organization.
- Ensure the company recruits and retains the best people for both the current and future needs of the Romanian business.
- Ensure key HR processes are in place and conducted in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure succession plans are continually being developed for all management positions.
- Provide support and coaching to the General Manager and members of the Romanian management team
- Develop and deliver training programs that are in line with company strategy and priorities. Negotiate with third party suppliers to provide development interventions that cannot be delivered in-house.
- Accountable for Sales force training and development
- Refine and develop the local compensation framework to ensure delivery against strategic business objectives.
- Accountable for internal communications strategy and processes.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate has a strong and provable experience in the HR Management field, preferably in a complex multinational top 500 company. Also, strong experience in strategic Hr and change management are looked for.

Plus, all the following are to be considered when applying for this position:
- Personnel and human resources - Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
-Law and government - deep practical knowledge of the labour law, court procedures, precedents, government regulations and awareness of tax and civil legislation.
- Leadership - Experience of leading and delivering through an HR team. Proven business partnering/internal consulting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of human behaviour and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation.
- Commercial experience - Change management and focused commercial knowledge, particularly sales and marketing excellence. Strong business acumen and functional leadership. In depth experience of working with developing markets.
- Administration and management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources; of economic and accounting principles and practices; and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
- Complex problem solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement.
- Systems Analysis - determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
- Judgment and decision making; active listening; critical thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
