The Head of Human Resources is responsible for hiring, managing and developing the human resource base. His duties cover all relevant HR areas from recruitment, training, motivation, evaluation, development to compensation/incentive schemes.
You are looking for the opportunity to be part of the management team of a developing International Retail Chain.
You would have an attractive package and professional opportunity as a Human Resources Director in management team of the German leader in - Do It Yourself - market, which is expanding it is operations on the Romanian market.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
HR experience in a senior management function either corporate or country.
Retail and DIY experience (preferred but not a must)
Fluence in English
