RESPONSABILITATI

- Daily agenda for the HR director
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork in the office
- Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the candidates
- This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
- Schedule events, programs and activities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedule
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems


CERINTE

- University degree
- English literate
- PC Knowledge: MS Office, Internet
- Attention to details, responsibility, honest and ethical, open to change and to variety
- Good abilities of communication both with colleagues and with candidates
- Initiative, a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
- Willing to learn and grow in HR department
- At least one year experience as assistant manager/executive assistant/HR assistant in the same company
