-Elaborates and implements the policies and internal procedures regarding HR development management
-Coordinates and conduct needs assessment, gap analysis, resource identification, planning and implementation
-Coordinates talent management procedures and identifies key employees
-Evaluates the personnel's potential management skills using agreed evaluation methods and instruments
-Delivers management /leadership training and development using different methods
-Matches the development strategies with the business objectives
offers support to managers in identifying individual training and development needs


CERINTE

-University degree
-A minimum of 2 years previous experience in employee performance evaluations
-Proven ability to diagnose organizational problems and recommend solutions
-Excellent business knowledge, both in general and specific to the present work environment
-Customer oriented
-Problem solver
-PC Skills
-Excellent command of English
