• Supervise the implementation & revision of: performance, job grading, competency model, succession planning, employee induction systems and tools in the company. Act as Functional Area Owner on these matters;
• Initiate and advise HRBPs on critical HR processes – planning, career management, budgeting, training assessment, exits, surveys, critical roles succession etc;
• Perform regular team/company meetings to provide status/alignment on operational HR matters or projects;
• Define, design, implement a comprehensive learning and development system, including - platform and tools, content, job / career paths linked with competency model, performance review system;
• Work closely with BoD, Executive Directors, CEO. Advise on specific HR matters;
• Champion implementation of HRIS for most HR areas, have a keen eye on automating processes;
• Work with Comm Specialist to implement employer branding actions and internal events.


•> 7 years experience in HR, both in the corporate and entrepreneurial field;
•> 3 years experience as HR in a software, technology or outsourcing company, having exposure to a competitive talents market;
• Advanced English language skills;
• Implementation of transformational HR projects - culture / values, performance metrics, internal academies, career programs, etc.;
• Very good understanding of software development technologies at the domain level;
• Ability to negotiate, resilience to agile / diluted media, strategic thinking, teamwork, native use of HRIS;
• Integrity, flexibility, decisional autonomy, credibility;
• knowledge of the trans-generational (X, Y, Z) performance and talent management systems.
