RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, the worldwide leader in logistics and transportation field, having branches in more than 100 countries all over the world, we are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining computerised HR system and personnel files;
- Assisting the recruitment and selection deployment process, including advertising, Cvs screening, contacting agencies, setting up interviews;
- Providing administrative HR support on Terms&Conditions of working contracts and other tasks, including liaison with Payroll, compensation and benefits;
- Coordinating HR vacancies within the company;
- Organizing training and supporting the implementation of new programs for the employees;
- Conducting audits (according to local Working Instructions);
Organizing events;
- Secretarial duties to the General Manager.


CERINTE

- University or Bachelor Degree;
- 3 years experience in the HR environment;
- Good technical understanding of recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and corresponding administrative support processes;
- Good English skills;
- Knowledge of social and labour legislation;
- Knowledge of QSHE;
- Good MS Office knowledge.
