-Able to identify client needs and translate into proposed processes and solutions
- Providing a range of architectures that could be used to meet the designated client's requirements, with pros and cons for each architecture
- Advising the customer on the route of least risk
- Understanding and demonstrating the selected platform and how it supports the proposed solutions
- Working with the client to understand data requirements, functionality and business processes
- Designing, developing and documenting a solutions footprint and application architecture in accordance with the client's requirements
- Training client staff as required by the project plan
- Creating the detailed design
- Articulating the solution
- Reviewing invitations to tender, and advising in line with specialist practice area
- Contributing as required to the generation of proposals ensuring they reflect the capability of the practice
- Contributing to project planning and project management as required
- Generate consultancy solution
- Provide estimates for proposals

- Providing technical oversight in implementation and commissioning phases
- Taking the lead in client relations, as appropriate, ensuring correct expectation setting
- Working with an account team to exploit opportunities for cross and up selling
- Escalating client issues to the relevant contact in Oracle
- Representing the specialist practice area at internal and external events as required
- Initiating recommendations for improvements in Oracle's products and services in the specialist practice area
-Knowledge of hierarchical organization of a company, of policies of restructuring and reorganizing its structure ;
- Knowledge of company’s structures: locations, units of organization, jobs, positions, grades;
- Knowledge of defining, approving and modifying budgets;
- Knowledge of human resources policies: recruitment, hiring, managing competencies, performance evaluation;
- Knowledge of recruitment activity, evaluation activity;
- Knowledge of learning management proccess;
- Knowledge of Labor Code ( not a mandatory requirement );
- Knowledge of Law Regulations regarding salary calculations ( employee payables and employer payables );
