RESPONSABILITATI

- Recruiting and selecting qualified candidates using the latest and the most adequate methods and resources.

- This basically means to fully understand our clients needs not only by asking questions but also by providing information. This means being a HR consultant.

- You will identify and attract the best professionals wherever they are and by any necessary means; will also gain their full trust and confidence.

- You will select and assess candidates accordingly to our client¿s needs and using state-of-the art assessment tools.

- You will have to learn and to teach at the same time.


CERINTE

- You must have at least a bachelor¿s degree. They say the top-five most important skills are: Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Integrity, Sales Skills and Persistence.

- Relevant experience in a similar position and the related abilities: interviewing skills, psychological profiling, and assessment techniques.

- You must be the same highly organized and proactively creative, a self-trusted independent and also a team addict; you must have interpersonal & communication skills, be a natural born winner and a customer-oriented player.

- English proficiency

- PC skills.
