Reporting to the Senior HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and administrating policies and procedures in the area of compensation and benefits and their compliance with local regulations and the internal guidelines;
- Coordinating the allocated selections;
- Participating in other projects and processes across the whole HR spectrum, in order to develop yourself as a Generalist.
- University degree;
- Excellent communication and organization skills;
- Well structured, good in handling figures, an eye for detail;
- Analytical skills;
- Capable to handle concepts, not only tasks;
- Curious, wanting to know the why’s, not only the what’s;
- Assertive, able to formulate arguments and sustain them;
- Fluent English;
- PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Experience in HR activities (e.g. recruiting, payroll, Comp & Ben) via internships or projects is an asset.
