RESPONSABILITATI

- "First point of contact" for all HR processes/practices for each business line and HR advisor for business managers
- Build influential relationships with business lines, ensuring that HR delivers a proactive customer focused service to each business line in a cost-effective manner that meets the changing needs of the organisation
- Support the implementation of HR products and policies in the business
- Design, develop and implement appropriate human resources solutions covering several or all of the following: planning and reporting, recruitment, training, workforce development, staffing, personnel administration, HRIS, benefits, communications, employee relations
- Contribute to elaboration of HR budget for the respective business line
- Responsible for designing the training plan, department or strategic training needs analysis together with business line responsible, and follow up after training programs
- Consultancy role for business managers in succession planning and career development for them and for their staff (promotions, job rotations)
- Performs full recruitment process as a project manager for management and/or highly specialized positions
- Facilitate ¿¿¿ for the respective business line - the annual performance cycle, including compensation; coordinate with the HR compensation team and the business to close gaps in accordance with overall budget and business needs
- Coordinating initiatives that are designed especially for a business line
- Liaise constantly with other HR Business Partners and with HR Expertise Centers (HR Develeopment, Training, Comp&Ben, HR Administration, Recruitment etc.).


CERINTE

Requirements:
- University graduate
- Post graduate studies in Human Resources area ¿¿¿ will be appreciated
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of Human Resources concepts and experience in more than two areas of activity (Development, Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Administration and Payroll)
- Banking business knowledge and background ¿¿¿ will be appreciated
- Relevant training courses related to HR area
- Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and regulations
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Computer proficiency: MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Internet, Outlook.
