RESPONSABILITATI

- Generate and develop business relations for increasing the client portfolio and business volume
- Prepare HR and Training services offers
- Manage the HR outsourcing program (Job analysis, HR planning and analysis, HR appraisal, Compensation and benefits, HR development etc)
- Coordinate the training projects for different clients
- Develop Training programs
- Conduct recruitment projects for top and middle management positions
- Elaborate and improve the HR procedures and policies (recruitment, training, competence development, induction etc)

- Proven-track record in human resources related professional areas

Business knowledge, skills and abilities:

Education and experience:
- University degree, post graduate trainings in HR field is considered a plus;
- Relevant experience in Human Resources Management.
