To support the growth of our client – an IT&C Multinational Company - we are adding 1 new position of HR BENEFITS SPECIALIST. This is a key, rewarding position in benefits management, in support of the Human Resources function.

As an HR Benefits Specialist you will:
- Identify opportunities, define problems and recommend viable solutions with respect to employee benefits;
- Audit all benefit plans to ensure compliance;
- Serve as subject matter expert on assigned programs;
- Maintain databases for tracking benefit costs. Support manager in the preparation of the budget for all employee benefits programs;
- Lead initiatives to broaden the benefits package;
- Evaluate and compare existing or proposed benefits with those of competitors;
- Provide support to the HR Manager, as requested, utilizing a broad knowledge of human resources policies, practices and procedures and thorough knowledge of the employee benefits;
- Maintain thorough knowledge of government legislation and socioeconomic trends related to employee benefits. Inform supervisor of developments and trends that presently or potentially impact areas of responsibility;
- Assist in developing employee benefit communications.
To be highly effective as an HR Benefits Specialist, you must have:
- University degree;
- At least 1 year experience on a similar position or equivalent work experience;
- Experience in human resources with a solid foundation in employee benefits;
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, verbal and organizational skills;
- Ability to take initiative and exercise independent thinking;
- Ability to pay attention to detail;
- PC literate = MS Office;
- Proficiency in English.
