• Making reports and presentations

• HR initiatives – employee engagement activities etc
• Implementation and following the guidelines of the performance management cycle for the organization.
• Maintenance and development of HRIS systems

• 3-7 years experience in core HR (performance management, training, compliance, recruitment, employee relations)
• Excellent understanding of employment law and other applicable local regulations/guidelines
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations/conflict resolution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Should be well versed with MS Office
• Experience of handling a team would be an advantage
• The suitable candidate should be a Go Getter with a learning attitude.
