-Support for the HR Director in implementation of all HR projects;
- Monitor and assure a performing recruiting process, based on the staff forecast and companies needs;
- Evaluation of the staff development and training needs;
- Design and propose development and training action plans;
- Staff forecast;
- Participate to the staff cost budget elaboration together with HR Director.
-Excellent level of Italian language;
- Advanced English language;
- University graduate;
- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation;
- At least 2 years in a similar position;
- Compensation and rewarding knowledge;
- Recruiting and evaluation methodology;
- Budget, labor costs and HR development systems;
- Negotiation skills;
