- Asista Senior HR Consultantul in definirea posturilor si a profilurilor cerute de fiecare client
- Asista Senior HR Consultantul in intervieverea telefonica si face-to-face a candidatilor si la elaborarea listei scurte
- Elaboreaza rapoarte de evaloare a candidatilor
- Studii universitare
- Cunostinte excelente de operare a MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bune cunostinte de limba engleza (cunoasterea terminologiei din domeniul HR constituie un avantaj)
