RESPONSABILITATI

The HR Assistant will implement and administrate Recruiting processes, using the HR systems in place. The position provides a first HR point of contact internally and externally in respective areas of work.

Job responsibilities:
Administrates the Balkans recruiting and selection processes, within quality parameters and deadlines, using global and local applications/processes;
Maintains Balkans Recruiting website and On-boarding web sites;
Organizes internal and external HR events, in terms of logistics, materials multiplication, results centralization, etc.;
Coordinates Functional Recruiting Contacts from other departments.


CERINTE

Legally eligible to work in Romania;
Minimum education of BA or BS with good academic results;
Very strong PC skills (Intranet, data base management, MS Office);
Fluency in English;
Good administration skills;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to understand complex work processes;
Ability to work with confidential personnel-related information.
