- update of the employee database
- liase with the payroll company as to provide accurate data for the payroll situation
- check-up of the payroll situations
- monthly headcount reconciliation
- meal vouchers administration
- organization of the medical check-ups for the employees
- releasing certificates/documents for the use of employees
- Relevant experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of salary calculation and labour legislation
- Very organized and dilligent individual
- Good knowledge of English
- Computer proficient
