The HR Administrative will be responsible for the setting up and development process of a multinational American company that grows a consultancy centre in Romania.
The activity includes:
- Continous collaboration with the HR entities from other countries where the company is present
- Visa procedures, work permit procedures - ensure correct advise is given when visa/work permits are required for new hires
- Elaborating documentation for employees - prepare forms for new hires, contracts, amendments, terminations
- Elaborating timesheets, different reports
- Special benefits involvment
Requirements:
- University graduate
- 2 to 4 years of experience within multinational environments
- Experience in working with HR administrative tasks as described above
- Personnel inspector is a strong plus
- Organized, supportive person
- Proactive
- PC skills: Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English. German or Frence are a strong plus
