Improves and implement the recruitment policy of the company on a permanent base
Manage the hr processes in the company including post analyzes, work process analyses, internal communication development, performance appraisal system.
Proceeds to research the labour market on specific segments and makes up salary surveys
Implements the performance management plan in the companies of the group
Execute regular internal activity analyses and writes down job profiles for all the company positions in compliance with managerial patterns and occupational security requirements
Assists the management team in hr audit and organizational diagnoses on pull out periods
