Job description
- Handle, in a timely manner, the reservations (hotel, plane, ferryboat) received by phone, email or fax;
- Sell and promote our services and products;
- Provide information, for the regular and new customers, regarding specific services and products;
- Accomplish the company’s goals;
- Following and applying the internal rules and the department procedures.
- Very good command of English and French, (any other languages would be a plus);
- Dynamic, friendly, very good communication skills;
- Team player, pro-active, customer focused and detail oriented;
- Flexible and willing to work in various 8 hour shifts;
- Analytical skills and excellent problem solving abilities;
