RESPONSABILITATI

Ferma Romania has set up an hotline center for its worldwide customer base. This center hosts a team of experts, able to answer any customer support request, anytime, and in complex hardware and software configurations.

In this context, we are looking for preferably experimented engineers, with a strong analysis and synthesis mind, willing and able to learn quickly, available to work in shifts (days, nights and week-ends).
The salary is based on the 24h/day-7 day/week constraint.


CERINTE

Unix, networks, database (preferably Informix).

English spoken required, French is a plus.

A support experience and the knowledge of the telecom industry will be appreciated.
