Our client, a prestigious fine dining restaurant located in the center of Bucharest, is currently looking for exceptional individual hostesses to join their vivacious team.
Since opening its doors, the restaurant has led the way in luxury and personal service. The restaurant takes great pride in exceeding the needs and expectations of their guests and through the dedication, passion and enthusiasm of their employees.
As a hostess you would be responsible for greeting, welcoming and seating the guests, attending to guest requests and familiarizing yourselves with returning guests’ names and special requests.
Main tasks:
- Provide guests with menus.
- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
- Assign clients to tables suitable for their needs.
- Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
- Speak with clients to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and to respond to complaints.
- Receive and record client's dining reservations.
- Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed.
- Inform clients of establishment specialties and features.
- Direct clients to coat rooms and waiting areas such as lounges.
- Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages.
Knowledge's required:
- knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Experience required:
- previous work-related skills, knowledge's and experience within HoReCa industry is an advantage.
Education required:
- high school diploma ; any trainings and certificate within HoReCa industry is an advantage:
