RESPONSABILITATI

The overall responsibility of the position of a Customer Support Representative will be to receive Inbound calls and make Outbound calls, handle e-mails, ensure consistent productivity and quality of service, maintain customer satisfaction and ensure that all tickets are assigned according to Service Levels.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, or electronically
- Respond and resolve promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Verify and validate and manage customer accounts
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated departments
- Meet Quality and Productivity standards as imposed by the Client
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
- Communicate with other departments, as needed
- Be up to date with any changes in process and procedures


CERINTE

- Proficient in German/English/French/Italian and Spanish (both written and spoken) is a must!
- Secondary school education
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- “Can-do” approach - goal oriented person
- Able to multi-task
- Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude
- Good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or propose a solution to a customer's problem
- Customer and detail oriented
- Adaptable and Proactive
- Willing to work in shifts
- Stress resistant
