- Assists users in solving computer system or PC problems
- Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussions with users
- Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with computer systems or PCs
- Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to users
- Co-ordinates with other IT areas to solve problems if necessary
- Uses problem management database and help desk systems


CERINTE

- Student or graduate of the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers or of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology or of the Faculty of Computer Science Statistics and Economic IT (Academy of Economic Sciences)
- English – advanced level
- PC literacy (Windows platform, MS Office, VPN environment, Hardware – Printers and Computers, Networking)
- Communication skills
- Details oriented
- Client oriented
- Promptitude
- Team spirit
