Your task is to provide specific software support to travel agencies and airlines customers
You will handle incoming phone calls, web-submits and e-mails received
You will diagnose, troubleshoot and solve 1st level Help-Desk issues
Outbound calls to customers and vendors will be sometimes necessary, in order to provide them feedback and solutions on their specific problems
This function is a full time function (40h/week) - availability to work Sunday – Thursday and 1/2days on Friday.
You are fluent in HEBREW and ENGLISH
You feel comfortable with PC and Microsoft office package
Travel agency or call center environment experience is highly desirable
You don’t have specific experience but you graduated Geography&Tourism University
