RESPONSABILITATI

To provide 1st level support on specific product/software application. We have various pharmaceutical projects held within a global multi lingual and multi cultural environment.

You will handle incoming phone calls, web-submits and received e-mails;

You will diagnose, troubleshoot and solve 1st level Help-Desk issues;

Outbound calls to customers and vendors will be sometimes necessary, in order to provide them feedback and solutions on their specific problems;


CERINTE

Proficiency in Italian and English languages;
Medium IT skills (MS Office, Windows, Internet);
Troubleshooting skills;
Previous work experience in a similar role is an advantage;
Fast learner;
Customer-oriented;
Self motivated, positive attitude and approach.
