RESPONSABILITATI

- Provide support to the Bank’s personnel for all s/w applications, via phone/email;
- Provide basic support for hardware, peripherals, network access; provide basic administration of computer accounts and passwords; troubleshoot computer problems; determine source of the problem and advice on appropriate action;
- Provide basic support for Microsoft Windows Suite and other software as assigned;
- Serve as liaison between users and other Bank’s departments to resolve the raised issues;
- Keep track of user requests; assign priority to the requests according to their importance, i.e., emergency, immediate, high priority, moderate, general or suggestion;
- Monitor e-mail, messages, and related information for support inquiries;
- Other duties as assigned.


CERINTE

Education/ Training
- A college education or technical degree is preferred.

Skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge of common Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze and solve problems is required;
- Experience in troubleshooting, hardware, network problems is desirable;
- Be able to handle a variety of activities in a busy office;
- The person must have well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills and be a team player with a desire to provide a high level of customer service;
- A positive attitude is a must;
- Ability to multi-task is essential;
- Ability to teach other persons on the use of technology is a plus;
- Work evenings & weekends if required, in shifts;
- Read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures and the software.
