RESPONSABILITATI

Asigurarea suportului tehnic pentru solutionarea problemelor legate de: PC-uri, imprimante, telecom, copiatoare, Voicemail, cablaje
Asigurarea de suport pentru AS/400 utilizatori, aparatura si mentenanta
Asigurarea de suport pentru utilizarea SAP utilizatori, monitorizare si mentenanta
Realizarea de activitati de back-up si restore pentru fisierele de pe server
Remedierea problemelor functionale legate de Notes, Phoenix, MSOffice
Asigurarea de suport nivel 1 pentru o parte din sistemele core si o parte din sistemele non-core


CERINTE

Minimum studii medii
Experienta anterioara in activitati de helpdesk, suport pentru aplicatii (SAP, Basis)
Cunostinte de NT, sisteme office
