RESPONSABILITATI

- Answers a special phone line in the time frame agreed in SLAs and using agreed language and expressions,
- Records the necessary information related to different events (incidents, requests, etc.) issued on different ways to the ICT team, assigns the right priority to the events logged by phone, mail or specialized application and tries to find a solution as fast as possible.
- Escalates a case that requires a longer (than the SLA) solving time to 2nd or 3rd line support or external providers, calls back the clients for asking or offering additional information or for notify about different stages of a case, goes to the client''s location to perform different support task related to an opened case,
- Applies the solution in order to solve the event, logs the solution applied, if applicable, adds the solution to the Knowledge database, closes the open case and if applicable, notifies the user and obtain the confirmation of the event resolution
- Configures and installs ICT hardware or software according to the procedures provided by 2nd or 3rd line support.


CERINTE

- Last year of studies or graduated;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Operating Systems and MS Office;
- Proficient in English language, verbal & written.
