RESPONSABILITATI

Key responsibilities

Support and assist customers with the following IT support services issues, defined below:
- Problem - a situation that causes either part or all of the user`s technology resources to be inoperable; this would include hardware, software and telecommunications failures;
- Query - a question for assistance to complete a task; for example, a call to ask how to perform a |cut and paste| action. This is often known as |Just-in-Time Training| (JIT);
- Request - this would cover situations such as the requests for upgrades, updates, or new technology resources.


CERINTE

- University Degree in Engineering (Computer Science Faculty would be an advantage);
- PC hardware experience;
- MS Windows 9x/NT/2000, MS Outlook, MS Office experience;
- Networked computing environment experience;
- English: beginner level required, intermediate/advanced level - an advantage;
- Driving license - an advantage;
- Completed military service;
- Excellent communication skills, team worker.
