RESPONSABILITATI

• Provide first level support for end-users in terms of IT applications and general computer usage;
• Provide first level support for bank customers for the usage of the Electronic Banking applications of the bank;
• Start-up the diagnostics procedure for the issues presented by end-users or by bank customers ;
• Identify the problems, propose solutions (where possible) and assist the end-users and the customers to use the applications;
• Submit for analysis to the second level of support the issues that cannot be solved and track their resolution;
• Get feedback from end-users and bank customers about the performance of the applications and other issues;
• Makes proposals for improving the IT applications functionality and general IT infrastructure;
• Administration of user access rights for the Internet Banking application;
• Test and document special changes in the IT applications


CERINTE

Key Requirements
• Proven experience of more than 1 years in the intensive use or installation of computers;
• Working experience in production environments with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etcl.), different mail clients and Internet based applications;
• Knowledge in managing and maintaining specific computer applications;
• Experience in problems troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of customer calls management.

Work Attitude/Aptitudes:
• Degree or student in computer science, economic information systems, mathematics or equivalent;
• Flexible and able to work in high stress situations;
• Able to work on a flexible schedule, sometimes during week-ends;
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Targeting the customer

Additional skills
• Attention to details, ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Medium level of knowledge of English language ;
• Banking field experience a plus.
