RESPONSABILITATI

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide first level support for bank customers for the usage of the Internet Banking application of the bank;
- Start-up the diagnostics procedure for the issues presented by bank customers;
- Identify the problems, propose solutions and assist the customers in their implementation;
- Submit for analysis to the second level of support the issues that cannot be solved and track their resolution;
- Administration of user access rights for the Internet Banking application;
- Test and document any changes in the Internet Banking application.


CERINTE

Key Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 1year in the intensive use or installation of computers;
- Working experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etcl.), different mail clients and Internet based applications;
- Knowledge in managing and maintaining specific computer applications;
- Experience in problems troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of customer calls management.

Work Attitude/Aptitudes:
- Degree or student in computer science, economic information systems, mathematics or equivalent;
- Flexible and able to work in high stress situations;
- Able to work on a flexible schedule, sometimes during week-ends;
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Customer oriented

Additional skills
- Attention to details, ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of English language;
- Banking field experience a plus.
