- Work experience of at least one year within the IT department
- Previous experience in IT projects (examples, responsibilities, accomplishments)
- PC skills: Windows, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ¿ average level; SQL ¿ average level; data bases ¿ basic knowledge;
- Experience on web applications is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English and French
- Availability to travel abroad
- Analytical skills
- Responsible, persevering, autonomous;
- Creative / innovative: suggests system improvements and offers alternative solutions to the different problems that may appear;
- Good communication skills;
- Quality and result oriented;

CERINTE

- analyzes and understands the customer's needs and provides technical and functional support so that the system should be used at its best;
- explains to the users the system's processes and the impact of their actions within an integrated system, providing them with a global vision of the system;
- guarantees the continuous training of the key and final users;
- carries out the processes and guarantees the observation of the data and of the established parameters;
- keeps the users informed and prepares them for all kinds of changes the system may undergo;
- sets up the system so that it may be best applied by the users;
- identifies and initiates new practices (set up changes, technical developments);
- tests and follows up the projects and their migration towards other production environment;
- supplies support along the projects and makes analysis for the application belonging to his division
