RESPONSABILITATI

- Provide telephone and online help desk support services to our user community in several European countries: troubleshooting, system maintenance, the setup of new users, the review of end-user documentation, procedures and guidelines
- Analyze user needs and define the actions that have to be done
- Write functional specifications, define test plan
- Follow up of projects and planning
- Provide end-user training


CERINTE

- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (spoken and written), and the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent PC skills: Windows, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SQL (basic knowledge) ; data bases (basic knowledge)- Good problem-solving, analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate activities with the central European Helpdesk Management in France
- Dynamic personality
