RESPONSABILITATI

We are now looking to build a helpdesk support team



Duties of 1st Level Support Agent:

Provides first level IT Support
Performs initial level of problem identification and attempts resolution
Ensures that correct resolutions are found and involves appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed
Develops and maintains product knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and other training courses
Actively participates in preventive maintenance, by documenting common problems and scripts for customer support in the service desk knowledge base
Shares information required for the team to be successful
Knowledge of ITIL an advantage
Strong customer service attitude
Flexible for shift working. Shift pattern in place covering 6:00am to 7:00pm Monday-Friday and on call at weekend.


CERINTE

Excellent customer service skills- both oral and written.
Technical expertise in the following: Windows Operating Systems, (Windows XP, Windows 7) Microsoft Office (Office 2007/10), Print Services, Hardware, , Office 2007/10, A/V & encryption, SCCM, Active Directory, Citrix, backup & restore, Outlook 2007/10, network troubleshooting, PC HW maintenance
Fluent in German and English
1 - 3 years Personal Computer experience including customer support or Help Desk
