RESPONSABILITATI

-Answering and recording to users incidents and requests (first level support);
-Solve or escalate the incidents in order to assure the resolution in defined time;
- Follow-up the incidents and requests assuring the resolution in defined time;
- Is responsible for basic troubleshooting (on desk or remote) for operating system, network connectivity, standard applications (like Office, SAP GUI), and proprietary applications (includes resolving calls related to user accounts, full range of MS Office Suite).
-Provides limited one on one desk side training for customers requiring assistance on standard software applications and/or IT equipment.


CERINTE

Education:
- IT Degree, University Degree would be a plus (preferably in IT fields)

Professional experience:
- At least 6 months experience on a similar position

Abilities & Competencies:
- Experience in installing, configuring, upgrading and repairing Windows XP
- Experience in diagnosis of hardware problems on desktop and laptop computers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems for desktops and Office suite applications
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems for servers, Windows Active Directory Management, Group/User Policy Objects; Windows Installer/MSI; sRIS.
- Familiar with WANs, LANs, VPN's, network management, routers, switches and firewalls.
- English language - intermediary level
