RESPONSABILITATI

- Raspunde de functionarea corecta a statiilor de lucru din Tornado Sistems Romania si de oferirea suportului catre utilizatorii Tornado
- Instaleaza si configureaza statiile de lucru
- Raspunde de diagnoza hardware statii de lucru, trimiterea si urmarirea lor in service
- Depaneaza aplicatii standard Tornado
- Urmareste, inregistreaza si raporteaza incidente IT si IS cu impact la nivel de useri Tornado
- Raspunde de crearea, mentenanta si publicarea knowledgebase IT
- Monitorizeaza echipamentele de printare
- Realizeaza mentenanta de baza a centralei telefonice
- Realizeaza mentenanta conexiuni patch-paneluri in datacenter
- Monitorizeaza AC datacenter


CERINTE

Experienta minim 1 an in lucru direct cu utilizatorii IT
Certificari specifice domeniului IT (MCP pentru Windows XP)
Cunostinte de baza despre sistemele de operare Microsoft (Windows, Office)
Studii medii/superioare
Abilitati de comunicare, interrelationare si lucru in echipa
Atitudine orientata client
Proactivitate si spontaneitate
Buna cunoastere a limbii engleze
Este necesara disponibilitate pentru interventii in afara programului de lucru in situatii de criza sau de configurare a sistemului
