Administer and provide support for Brahms
Ensure management of anomalies, by solving them or communicating to responsible actors and monitoring their resolution/deployment
Manage master data/referentials updates, in line with Group processes and policies
Identify and analyze development and evolution needs, direct them to appropriate actors and support their implementation (e.g. coordinate testing, monitor deployments to production)
Manage access rights/security aspects – users, habilitations, etc.
Provide support for performing non-standard or complex reports, by extracting and preparing data
Administer and provide support for SSC tools : ERM, EDM, HR Portal, Knowledge Base
Identify and analyze development and evolution needs and direct them to appropriate actors
Ensure management of anomalies, by solving them or communicating to responsible actors and monitoring their resolution/deployment
Manage master data updates, in line with existing processes and policies
Manage relationship with tools providers or Group units (e.g. MOS) as required
Provide maintenance for servers and databases, if not done by tools providers
Administer and provide support for local tools in Romania – ResUman
Identify and analyze development and evolution needs, if case, and direct them to appropriate actors
Ensure management of anomalies, by solving them or communicating to responsible actors and monitoring their resolution/deployment
Provide support for data extractions and reporting
Manage relationship with tools providers or BRD IT (DSI) as required
Experience with information systems – 1 year+, including HR systems
University degree
