HSE Manager position reports directly to the factory manager and is meant to support in ensuring that the Health, Safety and Environmental issues (including loss prevention) are properly managed in compliance with th enational legislation and corporate requirements
Ensures that HSE requirements regarding loss prevention are adopted and implemented in line with the local legal requirements;
Defines the HSE and loss prevention objectives and action plan together with the line manager
Identify situations which are not in compliance with the applicable requirements, come up with quick sustainable solutions;
Activates the different key function in the factory to share responsibility and tasks in HSE management
Defines and implements the audit and surveillance plan according to the legal and Pirelli
Ensures the implementation and maintenance of the HSE system according to the ISO14001 and OHSAS18001
Ability to identify the potential risk and then capacity to manage relative decisions;
Ability to work and to motivate and co-ordinate people.
Self motivation skills to identify problems and implement solutions
High level of knowledge of the applicable environmental standard and legislation
High level of understanding of the safety devices
High level understanding of risks for health related to working activities
Good knowledge of the process and related HSE aspects
