- Maintaining relationship with the customers and creating relations with potential clients;
- Monitoring the activity of the receptionist regarding the internal rules and procedures;
- Realising meetings with clients and signing them up for memberships;
- Creating campaigns, sales contests and other activities in order to increase sales every month;
- Being responsible that all branding marketing and sales materials are up in the club;
- Being responsible for all administrative work connected to the member database as well as invoicing;
- Reporting regularly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- For one of our clients, a multinational company, one of the world leaders in the health & fitness field, we are looking for a Club Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Relevant experience in sales and customer care domain;
- Strong sales ability combined with good administration skills;
- PC knowledge: Word, Excel, Internet Explorer;
- Client oriented, proactive and enthusiastic person;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Fluency in English.
